Calendly is built around booking against someone's calendar. I'm In! is built for lots of people sharing times, with spot limits and waitlists.
Can I use both?
Yes. Calendly for 1:1 calls, I'm In! for group events, classes, and volunteer shifts. They solve different problems.
Does I'm In! detect calendar conflicts?
No. People pick the times that work for them. If you need conflict checks across host calendars, use Calendly.
Which is cheaper for collecting payments?
I'm In! doesn't collect payments yet. Calendly's pricing page lists which plans take payments.
Can I send automatic reminders on the free tier?
I'm In!: yes, free. Calendly: yes, but the free plan allows one active event type.
Does I'm In! integrate with my Google Calendar?
People get a Google Calendar link and a calendar file for the item they sign up for, and can subscribe to a calendar feed that stays up to date. I'm In! doesn't read your calendar to block times the way Calendly does; the event is the schedule.
Can multiple attendees sign up for the same item?
Yes, that's the whole point. Set the spots on each item, and the page counts down what's left and can open a waitlist when it's full.
Is I'm In! a fit for sales call scheduling?
No. For 1:1 sales calls, stick with Calendly. Use I'm In! when you're the organizer and lots of people need to sign up.
