Most instructors run registration on a form, a spreadsheet, and a pile of reminder texts, and still end up with fourteen people at a class for twelve. I'm In! keeps registration, reminders, and the waitlist in one place.
What you get
Spot limit per class
Set the most students a class can take. Once it's full, the class closes and new signups go to the waitlist.

With automatic reminders on, every registered student gets an email 24 hours and 1 hour before by default, or pick 1 week, 3 days or 1 day before.

Questions class instructors ask
Can I paste my email or flyer instead of typing the sheet?
Yes. Paste the class announcement you'd send, your notes, a flyer or a screenshot into the box on the homepage, and I'm In! builds the sheet in about 10 seconds: each class date and time with its spot limit, the waitlist, reminders and a cover picture. Change anything in plain words. Nothing publishes until you press Publish.
Can I charge per class on I'm In!?
Not yet. Signups don't collect payments.
Can I offer class passes?
Not yet. Passes and punch cards aren't part of I'm In!.
What happens if a student cancels?
The spot opens right away. If there's a waitlist, the next student moves up and gets an email.
Do students need an account to register?
No. One short form: a name and an email.
Can I run a class series?
Yes. Pick every class date in one event, or set the first date to repeat every week until an end date.
Can I send last-minute messages to registered students?
Yes. From the dashboard, email everyone who registered at once.
Is I'm In! HIPAA compliant?
No, it isn't certified. If your classes involve protected health information, like a clinical pilates studio, use a HIPAA-compliant platform such as Mindbody or Acuity.
Does I'm In! handle no-show fees or late cancellation policies?
No. Students can cancel and the waitlist moves up, but there are no fees or no-show rules.
