About I'm In!

I'm In! makes online sign-up sheets: potlucks, snack schedules, volunteer shifts, parent teacher conferences, meal trains, and anything else where people pick a spot. Paste the email you would send, your notes, a flyer or a screenshot into Describe it, and I'm In! builds the whole sheet: the dates, every line with how many spots it has, the reminders and a cover. Nothing goes out until you press Publish.

For the people who sign up

They don't need an account. They pick a spot, type a name and email, and get a confirmation with calendar links and a private link to change or cancel their spot. Email reminders go out before the event, at the times the organizer picks. When a line is full, the next person joins its waitlist and moves up when someone cancels.

Room parents and teachers, coaches and team parents, churches, nonprofits, clubs and offices, in North America and Europe. Start from one of the templates, or from your own words.

How it is paid for

Making sheets and signing up are free, with no limit on events or people. A free sheet shows one small ad below it. Organizers who want their own logo and colors, a spreadsheet of sign-ups and no ad can pick a paid plan; the prices are in Pricing.

Your information

Sign-up details go to the sheet's organizers, who use them to run that sheet. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy.
