What emails are sent and how to improve deliverability.

What we send

  • Confirmation – Sent to participants after signup with event and slot details.
  • Reminder – Organizers can send reminders from the Dashboard.
  • Organizer notification – Sent to event creator when someone signs up.

Resending reminders

Open your event in the Dashboard, expand Participants, and click Send Reminder.

Deliverability checklist

  • Ask participants to check spam/junk and mark the message as safe.
  • Use clear subject lines; avoid spammy words and all caps.
  • Verify recipient email addresses for typos.

If a participant still can’t find an email, share the direct event link from your Dashboard.
