What we send
- Confirmation – Sent to participants after signup with event and slot details.
- Reminder – Organizers can send reminders from the Dashboard.
- Organizer notification – Sent to event creator when someone signs up.
Resending reminders
Open your event in the Dashboard, expand Participants, and click Send Reminder.
Deliverability checklist
- Ask participants to check spam/junk and mark the message as safe.
- Use clear subject lines; avoid spammy words and all caps.
- Verify recipient email addresses for typos.
If a participant still can’t find an email, share the direct event link from your Dashboard.
