Getting Started

Set up your first event and collect sign-ups.

1) Create your event

  • Go to the Create Event page.
  • Pick the date(s) and time. Multi-day is supported.
  • Add a clear title and description so participants know what to expect.
  • Set up your slots with names and capacities.

2) Share your unique link

Every event gets a shareable URL in the format /{user_code}/{event_slug}. For example: /A1B2C/summer-picnic.

3) Collect sign-ups

Participants choose a slot and enter their details. Capacity is tracked automatically.

4) Manage from your dashboard

  • See sign-ups, cancel if needed, and adjust slots in your Dashboard.
  • Use the Preview button on an event card to open the public page.
  • We’ll send reminder emails to participants when appropriate.

Tip: Multi-day events create occurrences behind the scenes so each date can have its own times and slots.
