Fix common issues fast.

I can’t find my event

  • Open your Dashboard and use the Preview button on the event card.
  • Confirm the link format: /{user_code}/{event_slug}.
  • If you’re not signed in, Sign in to view your events.
  • If you’re starting fresh, create a new one on the Create Event page.
  • Ask the organizer to resend the link if you’re a participant.

I can’t select a slot

  • If a slot is full, it will be marked Full.
  • Choose another slot or ask the organizer (via the event page comments or directly) to increase capacity.

Emails not arriving

  • Check spam/junk folders and filters.
  • Confirm the email address you entered. Organizers can re-send reminders from the Dashboard.
