How signing up works, and how to change or cancel your spot if plans change.
Find the event
The organizer sends you a link. Every link is a short code plus the sheet's name.
Pick a spot
- Pick one with spots left. A full item says so, and if the organizer turned on a waitlist you can join that instead.
- Type your name and email. That's it, no account.
Email confirmations and reminders
You get a confirmation email with calendar links right away, and reminders before your date at the times the organizer picked, if they have reminders on.
Change or cancel your spot
Plans changed? Open the link in your confirmation email. You can change how many spots you take, move to another open line on the same sheet, or cancel so someone else can have the spot. No account needed. Lost the email? Ask the organizer, or see Troubleshooting.
Anyone with the link can read the comments, so keep phone numbers and anything private out of them.
