Time zones
- Set your Time Zone when creating an event in Create Event.
- Public pages render times using the event’s time zone.
- Daylight Saving Time changes may alter how times display in different regions.
Add to Calendar
- Participants receive a Google Calendar link and an ICS file with their confirmation.
- Calendar files use UTC for compatibility; viewer apps convert to local time.
Tip: For events around DST transitions, add a note in the description with your intended local time.
