Time zones and calendars
How times show up for everyone, and how the calendar links work.
Time zones
- Set the time zone when you create the sheet.
- The public page shows times in the event's time zone.
- Around a daylight saving change, people in other regions may see a time shift by an hour.
Add to calendar
- Everyone who signs up gets a Google Calendar link and a calendar file with their confirmation.
- Calendar files and Google Calendar links show each person the time in their own time zone.
Tip: if your event falls near a daylight saving change, put the local time in the description too.
