Rate limiting

• We throttle rapid submissions to prevent abuse. If you see “Too many requests”, wait a moment and try again.
• Organizers should space reminder sends and avoid repeated mass actions.

Capacity & scale

• Large events work best when slots are grouped meaningfully (e.g., per day, per role).
• Export to CSV from the Dashboard for offline analysis.

Fair use

Avoid automated scraping or spammy mass signups. We use verification challenges (CAPTCHA) where appropriate.
