Limits

Free and Pro

Free includes unlimited events and sign-ups, signup pages, email confirmations, calendar exports, multi-day events, comments, messaging, automatic reminders, waitlists, and co-organizers.

Pro costs $5 USD per month and adds gap alerts, custom branding, and CSV export. Every Free feature remains included.

Rate limiting

• Event creation allows 5 requests per IP each hour.
• Signed-in organizers can create 10 events per day; guests can create 2 events per IP each day.
• If a limit is reached, the API returns HTTP 429 and names the limit.
• Organizers should space reminder sends and avoid repeated mass actions.

Capacity & scale

• Large events work best when slots are grouped meaningfully (e.g., per day, per role).
• Pro organizers can export CSV from the Dashboard for offline analysis.

Fair use

Avoid automated scraping or spammy mass signups. We use verification challenges (CAPTCHA) where appropriate.
